Welcome Family and Friends!!
Kip came up with this GREAT idea a couple of weeks ago, to create a website or a blog for all of us (the Boykin/Pratt family) to be able to visit and update after weekends at the lake or fun-filled family vacations. Over the past couple of years, we have been to Washington and have been getting back to the old days of lake life. Mama has always wanted to write a history of the lake and this would be a great place to start. We can all add our own memories of years ago as well as memories made each time we go to the lake. I personally want Mary, Jackson and even Kip to know about like in the old trailer. It may have been small, but it was some of the best times I can remember at the lake. I hope it will also inspire us to return to the "good old days" of Saturday night pontoon boat rides, late night UNO matches, Trivial Pursuit questions that none of us can answer except for Mama (you bet your sweet bippie) and barbecue chicken on the front deck (instead of the back yard). Life at the Waldorf has always served to humor us and to bring us closer. I hope all of you will enjoy writing on this blog and reliving memories with us.

LOL!!!! I hadn't even thought about "Quack, Quack, hey ya'll!!!' I can just picture us sitting down to dinner in the old trailer at the brown table about to fall down, when Tommy shows up. He always timed it out for dinner.
Yep, I guess you're finally on this thing. Now let's just get Mama and Daddy on it!!! :)
